PAYMENT OPTIONS
Online orders will be paid in full using VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will generally be filled within 1-2 business days. Packages will be shipped using the least expensive available option unless a preferred method is specified. Methods with daily pickups are UPS Ground and Priority Mail. If shipping via FedEx and additional 24 hours will be necessary for processing of shipment. Shipping rates will be determined by carrier, usually based on total weight and dimensions of package. All packages will include insurance coverage for the value of the order which may result in additional fees. In the event of a lost package please contact the store immediately so a claim can be filed and your order reprocessed.
RETURN POLICY
We strive to fulfill orders completely and to your total satisfaction. In the event that merchandise needs to be returned, items may be sent back within 10 days of delivery at no charge. Returns beyond the 10 day window will incur a 15% restocking fee on all items returned. Any merchandise that has been cut into, marked on or altered in any way will not be eligible for exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed with the original payment information. Store credit for items returned may be available in some cases. Return shipping will only be accommodated if your order has been incorrectly filled based on your original order.
